We want to be a pioneer as a restaurant, not a pizzeria, by offering it in a new style for our customers to enjoy.

RistoPizza is also a restaurant that aims for the best performance with special dishes and carefully selected ingredients.

There's something special about this pizza.

This pizza is an original pizza created by Mr. Peppe when he opened Neapolitan Staca in 2011 so that Neapolitans could enjoy their favorite calzone (wrapped pizza) and margherita in one pizza.

The ears of the pizza contain ricotta cheese and salami, and the center contains buffalo mozzarella margherita. The ears of this pizza are triangular, making it easy to hold and eat.
Please take it with you and enjoy it！

By the way, the name "Don Salvo" means "Great Salvatore". This is proof of our gratitude and respect for Mr. Salvatore Cuomo, who was also born in Naples and helped establish Neapolitan pizza in Japan.
