Starting April 1st, our dinner pizza menu will be updated.
Today we will introduce just two pizzas from the new menu.
The pizza in the photo (above) is “Tonno-Subito.”
The pizza dough is baked on top of ice. After baking, it is topped with red tuna tartare and lemon-flavored tofu cream, and finished with a topping of sesame seeds and black truffle.
This is a mild-tasting pizza that can be enjoyed as an appetizer with white wine.
Next, I’d like to introduce another one.
This is “Bacca-qua Bacca-là.”
After baking with Neapolitan mozzarella cheese, it is topped with arugula and anchovy mousse sauce, fried salted cod and powdered black olives to finish it off!
This pizza is best enjoyed with your favorite drink, such as spumante or beer.
